This RE meteor is a well-designed cruiser-style motorcycle that also offers the feature of smartphone connectivity that allows navigation on the go.

With this new refined engine, Royal Enfield trying to make its bike more reliable and problem-free and with some newly updated feature company want to capture the new young blood.

Here I must say on behalf of all old RE fans, Here company is going on another track and because of this, the original dug dug sound

has gone now. The slogan “made like a gun” is also not justifiable because now the bikes are equipped with more electronics and you cant fix these new bikes all by yourself like you fix your gun very easily.

Still, I must say as the government norms are changing all the auto companies have to follow them and make their vehicles accordingly.

Looks of RE meteor 350

The look of a bike is a very subjective matter. If we talk about the meteor 350 looks like the front and the back looks new but the side profile of the bike looks like an old thunderbird.

The front look with the round-shaped new design headlight and the windshield gives it a different but great look and in the back, the long mudguard and the unique kind of tail light give it a new look.

From the side, if you see the badging of Royal Enfield on the tank on the high-end model looks new. This bike also looks bulky and the so many color options in the bike just make this bike more loveable like everybody has his choice of color in it.

when you sit on the bike the tank looks quite big but it having the same capacity of fuel as the thunderbird had but this tank looks good and goes well with the bike shape.

Ride and comfort of meteor 350

Ride and comfort are the most important thing to know for a rider so we have to give our lots of time to test this in each condition.

First, we talk about the riding posture of the meteor, As the bike is having a cruising style so can’t sit straight on it. Once you sit on a meteor you feel like you are sitting on a sofa. For the initial 100 km to 150 km, you will be very comfortable but after that, if you are on a long bike trip you might feel pain in your back.

If we talk about the pillion, this meteor is not even good for 30 km to 40 km because the impact of potholes is directly hit the pillion’s back.

Now we will talk about the seats, the seats of the meteor are on the softer side it means it is good for short rides like 100 km to 150 km but after that this creates a problem but this problem can be solved by replacing this seat from the touring seat of Royal Enfield. This touring seat comes as an accessory.

What’s not good in RE meteor 350

Meteor 350 has some points which are not so big but disappoint me.

First, the round buttons on the handlebars are not up to the mark.

Second, if you want to commute with this bike you can but if you face bumper-to-bumper traffic then it is not easy to go with meteor 350 because of the position of the footpads. once you down your feet on the ground and want to put your feet on the footpads again then it is a task.

Third, the Fits and finish of the bike are good but not great and you can see some loose wires here and there on the bike.

Improvements in meteor 350

Meteor 350 is a gem of Royal Enfield still RE should do some work on some aspects.

First the customer complaints, we have seen so many riders complaining about the oil leakage, some tappet noise in the third gear, and disk brake giving some awkward sound. In my opinion, these are not big issues but the service center should take immediate action on the customer complaint.

Second, The fit and finish of the bike must be up to the mark.
